your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish
to use TrustWheel, you may request the permanent deletion of your
account.
How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email requesting account deletion and include your
registered mobile number. We may verify ownership through OTP or
other account information.

Include your registered mobile number and your account name to help
us verify your identity.

Our support team will review your request and may contact you if
additional verification is required.

Once verified, your account deletion request will be processed.

- Your application preferences.
- Associated account information stored in our systems.
What May Be Retained?
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where
required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes,
including:
- Payment transaction records.
- Financial records required for accounting.
- Information necessary to resolve disputes.
- Information required to comply with legal obligations.
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are generally processed within
7 business days. If additional verification is
required, processing may take longer.
Can I Recover My Account?
Once your account has been permanently deleted, it cannot be restored.
If you wish to use TrustWheel again, you will need to create a new
account.
