Welcome to TrustWheel, a fleet management platform developed by PlayviTech Innovations & Solutions. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TrustWheel Owner and TrustWheel Driver applications and related services. By creating an account or using TrustWheel, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws while using TrustWheel.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and secure.

You agree not to share your login credentials with anyone else.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

3. TrustWheel Owner

The Owner application provides fleet management features including:

• Vehicle Management
• Driver Management
• Trip Management
• Income & Expense Tracking
• Vehicle Maintenance Reminders
• Insurance & Document Management
• Reports & Analytics
• Subscription Management
• Support Communication

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into the application.

4. TrustWheel Driver

The Driver application allows authorized drivers to:

• Access assigned trips.
• View assigned vehicle information.
• Receive notifications.
• View information shared by the fleet owner.

The Driver application must only be used for authorized business purposes.

5. Subscription & Payments

Some TrustWheel features require a paid subscription. Payments are securely processed using Razorpay.

• Subscription fees are displayed before payment.
• Payment processing is handled by Razorpay.
• We do not store your complete payment card information.
• Subscription benefits remain active for the purchased plan period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the application for illegal purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload malware or harmful software.
• Interfere with application functionality.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Provide false information.

7. Intellectual Property

All application content including logos, graphics, software, designs, branding, documentation and source code are the intellectual property of PlayviTech Innovations & Solutions.

No part of the application may be copied, modified, distributed or reverse engineered without written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlayviTech Innovations & Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use TrustWheel.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated if users:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent activities.
• Provide false information.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Misuse the application.

11. Privacy

Your use of TrustWheel is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy available on our website.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be published on our website. Continued use of TrustWheel constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
